INFORMATION FOR REALTORS®
REALTORS® can get involved with the SDAR Ambassadors Foundation Everyday Heroes Program by becoming certified, by becoming a donor, or by becoming a volunteer.
Qualifying Criteria for REALTORS®
- Active member in good standing of SDAR, as your primary board
- Closed 10 or more transactions in the past 18 months
- Prefer some additional credentials such as Broker associate, GRI, CRS, ABR, etc.
- No prior grievance or professional standards violations
- Gold Level Contributor to the Ambassador Program
Ambassadors Buyer Certification for REALTORS®
The Ambassador Buyers Certification for REALTORS®, offered by SDAR, provides you the knowledge to assist first-time home buyers and also to become a REALTOR® who is certified to work with police officers who utilize the "Everyday Heroes" program.
